Description:

This machine adopts 45  highest rigid integrated bed, large torque spindle, Taiwan linear guide way, this ensures the machine higher rigidity, higher precision and higher speed Spindle center close to the operator makes loading and unloading workpieces more convenient.

 a Particularly designed heavier loading bottom base,  widened machine bed, strengthened plate ensure to meet high stength machining strict requirements.  

  b. Adopt high rigid and high precision independent spindle unit, transmission is by  V belt, can start stably and smoothly.lubrication lipid, obviously reduce spindle's thermal deformation,increase thermal stability and precision.     

 
  c. Feeding system adopt TAIWAN famous brand Hiwin linear guide way and Hiwin ball screw hardness over 58 degrees as standard configuration, ensure highest speed, highest machining precision and excellant dynamic performance.

  d. Equip Taiwan brand hollowed  chuck and hollowed oil cylinder, servo hydraulic  tool turret and hydraulic tailstock, Japan YASKAWA servo motor  as standard configuration.

  e. Taiwan LNC controller as standard configuration, GSK, KND,FANUC, MITSUBISHI,SIEMENS etc at optional.

  f. Machine bed adopts 45 degrees slant, one piece excellent resin sand cast  integral bed, torsional strength and flexural rigidity is obviously increased, meantime easy and fast for chip conveying

The first one is suitable for bearing and gear processing

The second type is suitable for the high speed and high precision processing
